With more than twenty years of experience guiding new CEOs, Maaike sees patterns and dynamics others overlook. Drawing on her background in organizational change—from academic depth to strategic transformation advisory—she translates these insights into decisions and actions that help new CEOs move forward immediately.

Her book Het venijn zit in de start (The Devil Is in the Start) is a wake-up call: in a time when CEOs and organizations are under intense pressure to succeed. traditional starts deliver too little value and carry unnecessary risk.
