Mattias Scheek is an entrepreneur with a passion for building relationships and empowering organizations.

A TU Delft engineering graduate, Mattias combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation and growth. His successful sale of an audio technology company to Sonos for $100 million in 2022 brought widespread acclaim and opened doors to advisory roles with several promising startups in the Netherlands and the US.

Known for his ambitious goals and paradigm-shifting insights, Mattias is eager to share his journey of resilience, big dreams, and transformational thinking. He hopes to inspire young, diverse talent to reach beyond current limitations and realize their fullest potential.

 

What is your greatest ambition or dream for your company?

To always be known as the company that pushes the boundaries of the audio industry, setting the bar for what is expected from loudspeakers for now and the future.

THOMAS VLES

FOUNDER GO DUTCH

Thomas Vles is a versatile entrepreneur passionate about building companies, fostering teams, and driving product innovation. In 2013, he founded Poopy Cat, scaling it to 18 countries and gaining global recognition from outlets like Oprah Winfrey’s O Magazine, Italian Vogue, CNN, and BBC. After selling Poopy Cat in 2017, Thomas launched BlueBottle Ventures to invest in startups and went on to establish multiple ventures and foundations, including wedoido and mycapa.city.

Later in his career, he revitalized Tellow as CEO, transforming it into a high-growth company and integrating it into Ageras, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. In that role, he was commercially and operationally responsible for all portfolio companies in Europe and the USA. In May 2024, Thomas returned to his entrepreneurial roots with GoDutch, an innovative banking venture focused on transparency, sustainability, and social impact. GoDutch won the Mastercard Fintech Benelux award and the Digital Finance Summit EU award.

What is your greatest ambition or dream for your company?

We want to set a new fair and impactful standard for banking, lifting the entire industry to a new level.

FOUNDING PARTNER ROUND ROBIN GROUP

The Round Robin Group partners with private equity firms to invest in music tech businesses leveraging its deep expertise and network to accelerate the growth and succes of these companies.

André is also founder of The Solos, a company specialising in music and creative sounddesign for movie trailers, advertising campaigns andmusic software. Recent credits include blockbusters Top Gun: Maverick, Dune, Mad Max Fury Road, Black Panther, Godzilla King of the Monsters and TV spots for British Airways, Nike and Audi.

The Solos is also the name of their record label and publishing company. Prior to The Solos, residing in Los Angeles, André collaborated onrecords for a diverse range of artists like Madonna, Scissor Sisters, Junkie XL and Depeche Mode as a composer and synthesizer programmer.

Lars Crama is a superconnector who champions entrepreneurship as a catalyst for change. The driving force behind initiatives like Upstream Festival, BlueCity, Arches Capital, Superconnectors, and Innovators Inc., he has built platforms that unite people and create lasting impact. Having lived and worked in Shanghai, Cape Town, and London, Lars scaled two ventures to successful acquisitions, invested in dozens of startups, and advised C-level executives across four continents. As a (non-) executive board member, he brings deep expertise in fostering and guiding innovation ecosystems. Still, he insists the Groninger Eierbal remains the true crown jewel of innovation.

CMO AND CO-FOUNDER OF HYDRALOOP

Sabine Stuiver is a global leader in sustainable water solutions. For over 9 years, she has championed a circular water-smart society, empowering consumers and businesses to reduce water consumption through Hydraloop’s greywater recycling systems.

A recognized thought leader, Sabine has shaped global initiatives, including presenting the Blueprint for a Circular Water Smart Society at the UN 2023 Water Week and at COP28. She is a frequent keynote speaker at international events, featured in the Netflix documentary Brave Blue World, and a recipient of the EU-TOP50 Award for a Female with a Sustainable Innovation. 

Beyond Hydraloop, Sabine serves on the Policy Advisory Committee at Water Europe in Brussels, the Advisory Board of the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions in Switzerland.

What is your greatest ambition or dream for your company/project?

My dream is to make water recycling as common in homes and buildings as solar panels on rooftops. At Hydraloop, we envision a future where reusing water is second nature – where every drop gets the respect it deserves. Our ambition is to revolutionize how the world uses water. By empowering people and organisations to recycle their water and Use Water Twice, we aim to create a global ripple effect, turning small changes into a massive impact for our planet.
